Char Dham Yatra 2025

Package Overview

The Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand is a sacred pilgrimage to four divine shrines nestled high in the Garhwal Himalayas:

  • Yamunotri: Dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, the source of the Yamuna River.

  • Gangotri: Dedicated to Goddess Ganga, the source of the Bhagirathi River (which becomes the Ganga).

  • Kedarnath: Dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas.

  • Badrinath: Dedicated to Lord Vishnu (as Badrinarayan), one of the 108 Divya Desams.

It is believed that undertaking this pilgrimage helps devotees attain ‘moksha’ (salvation) and cleanse sins. The journey is traditionally undertaken in a clockwise direction: Yamunotri, then Gangotri, followed by Kedarnath, and finally Badrinath.
